The stage is set, and the ideas are nothing short of incredible.
The K12 Innovation Challenge invited students to think big and share their ideas for improving education. In Round 1, students submitted short video pitches in one of three categories: Tomorrow's Classroom, Student Life Hacks, or Gamify It!
In Round 2, semi-finalists took things further by developing full presentations and pitching their ideas live to a panel of judges in a virtual Zoom session. From there, just 12 finalist teams were selected from across the country.
Now, the teams are heading to Round 3, where they’ll present their ideas in person on June 11, 2026, at the K12 Headquarters in Virginia. This is more than a competition. It’s an opportunity for students to sharpen their skills, connect with peers, and meet industry professionals. All finalists will also have the opportunity to interview for a paid summer internship through Tallo.
